Mindfulness doesn’t always arrive as a grand revelation. Often, it begins in a small, almost invisible act:

noticing how morning light spills across the floor.

Why small moments matter more than big changes

A personal note

When I began using art to support my own mindfulness, I wasn’t aiming to create “finished” pieces. I was simply giving myself permission to notice — to stay with the small, quiet details until they felt alive again. Over time, these small acts became my favorite part of the day.
